PCA Product Stewardship, Inc. (“PCA-USA”) concluded its administration of the LightRecycle Washington program on December 31, 2025.

As of June 1, 2026, Mercury Lamp Recyclers Association (MLRA) will administer the LightRecycle Washington program, providing residents with safe and convenient recycling options for mercury-containing lights.
